These Terms of Use provide the basis for the user agreement resulting between you and us, LIVLIFE Holistic Pte. Ltd. of 531A Upper Cross Street, #04-95, Hong Lim Complex, 051531, Singapore (hereinafter “Us” or “We” or “Our”). We will provide you with use of fitness training services offered by Us on the website https://livlifeholistic.com/ . The fitness training services will either be free introductory session(s) or paid depending on the module (hereinafter individually referred to as “LIVLIFE Holistic Service”).

2. Health Requirements & Waiver

You will use the LIVLIFE Holistic Service at your own risk.

Anytime you use the LIVLIFE Holistic Service you must be in good health. If you have any known pre-existing illnesses or health conditions, please first consult a physician and obtain your physician’s clearance before you begin to use the LIVLIFE Holistic Service.

You acknowledge that you participate in the LIVLIFE Holistic Service at your sole risk and responsibility.

You acknowledge that whilst we, our officers, employees, servants or agents take measures to make the LIVLIFE Holistic Service as safe as is possible, there is a risk that you could be personally injured or suffer health consequences or death as a result of your use and/or participation in and/or reliance upon the LIVLIFE Holistic Service.

You understand that any personal injury may result from your actions, the actions of others or equipment failure (if applicable), and may be life threatening or result in severe or permanent disability or death.

You agree that in the event that you are injured or your personal property damaged, you will not bring a claim, legal or otherwise against us in respect of that injury or damage.

You agree that you will, at your own risk, use, and/or participate in, and/or rely upon the LIVLIFE Holistic Service.

You agree that we, our officers, agents, employees or servants will not be liable to you or you dependants for personal injury or death suffered by you due to the: (i) LIVLIFE Holistic Service not being supplied with due care and skill or not being reasonably fit for purpose; and/or (ii) negligence, breach of contract, or wilful default.

You agree that you will indemnify us, our officers, agents, employees or services for and against all liability to you or your dependants, for personal injury suffered by you due to: (i) LIVLIFE Holistic Service not being supplied with due care and skill or not being reasonably fit for purpose; and/or (ii) negligence, breach of contract, or wilful default.

You understand that any exclusions in these terms of use are not intended to exclude, restrict or modify liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

You have read these Terms of Use and understand its content and accept these Terms of Use in accordance with your own free will. In the case where you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor, you enter these Terms of Use on behalf of the minor and have: (A) agreed to accompany and control the minor at all times whilst the minor is using and/or participating in and/or relying on the LIVLIFE Holistic Service supplied by us; and (B) read these exclusions in these Terms of Use and understand its content and agree to bind the minor to the terms of the same.

3. Participation Requirements

To open a user account and to use the LIVLIFE Holistic Service you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity, or in the alternate, you must be a parent or legal guardian of a minor and give your full consent to (a) accompany and control the minor at all times while using LIVLIFE Holistic Service; and (b) read all terms and conditions in relation to the LIVLIFE Holistic Service including and not limited to Terms of Use, our Data Privacy Policy, and any other terms advised to you in writing from time to time) and agree to bind the minor to the terms of the same.

4. User Account - Registration

To use the LIVLIFE Holistic Service, you must first register and open a user account. You can open a user account at https://livlifeholistic.com/. We will ask you to accept these Terms of Use, our Data Privacy Policy, and any other terms from time to time

5. User Agreement

The user agreement between you and Us that results when you open a user account will remain in effect for an indefinite term and will end when you delete your account on Our website https://livlifeholistic.com/ or when we advise you in writing of our termination of your agreement with Us.

6. LIVLIFE Holistic Service

The content on the site is provided for general information only. It is not advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the site.

When using our LIVLIFE Holistic Service you will be shown workout instructions (e.g., for certain exercises and workouts). You must follow those instructions at all times as otherwise there will be an injury and/or health risk.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so.
