Diana started her professional athletic journey at the age of 6 as a gymnast and ever since her dedication to body practice and healthy nutrition is her work and her passion. She has degrees in Physical Education, Sport Sciences and Integrative Nutrition and has been teaching for over 20 years as a Holistic Fitness Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Health & Wellness Coach. She learned the traditional way of yoga, meditation, and holistic healing from some of the world’s greatest yogis and healers, while she has been living in Thailand, India, China and Singapore.

She thoughtfully integrates meditation, breath-work, mindfulness and inspired living in the programs and retreats she conducts so you can create a deeper connection to yourself & everything you care about. She aspires to guide people to find their unique body consciousness, a positive and caring mindset and an overall healthy lifestyle from a truly holistic approach.

Founder of A Gracious Life, Stephanie Hoo, is passionate about helping clients create the lifestyle of their dreams. Stephanie's journey towards a holistic life has seen her certified in Metaphysical & Clinical Aromatherapy (NAHA & ISAMS), Applied Metaphysics, Clinical Biotherapy, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Raw Food Mastery & Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Qi Gong practitioner, and Singing Bowl Therapist.

Culminating in a unique understanding of the human body, its amazing systems, and endless energy - a unique knowledge that countless clients have found life-changing. A Gracious Life has evolved from a simple dream into a beautiful company that offers wellness retreats, holistic coaching, business and personal mentorship, and creating bespoke wellbeing programs for international hotel resorts.
