It's a really well curated program to bring regular movement into your practice. Diana is very balanced without being too harsh,  inspirational without being sappy, spiritual without being too hippie, and motivating while not being too serious.   She really meets you wherever you are at and brings the best out of people.  She even turned me from a yoga hater into a yoga lover :)  Overall my takeaway from the course is that the daily habit-building has been great and the videos are a good overall length (doable) and enjoyable.
